Tokyo Select provides vehicle sourcing, importation, and brokerage services. We act as an intermediary between clients and vehicle suppliers. All services are subject to availability and the terms of individual service agreements.
Vehicle listings on this website are for informational purposes only. Prices are indicative and subject to change based on exchange rates, import duties, and KRA assessments. A formal quotation will be provided upon request.
A deposit is required to initiate the import process. Deposits are non-refundable once a vehicle has been purchased on the client's behalf. Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and vehicle preference information. Clients must ensure they meet all legal requirements for vehicle ownership and registration in Kenya.
Tokyo Select acts as an agent and is not liable for manufacturing defects, damage during transit beyond our control, or delays caused by government authorities, port authorities, or shipping lines. We will, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any such issues.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Tokyo Select Limited and protected under Kenyan and international intellectual property laws.
Tokyo Select reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
